At the Religion Media Centre's inaugural lecture, the Revd Diarmaid MacCulloch Kt argued that Protestantism is now a 'private hobby' and its decline is threatening the cohesion of the United Kingdom. The lecture, at St Martin-in-the-Fields in central London in February 2020, was followed by an animated conversation with broadcaster, Roger Bolton, and a response by the vicar, Revd Dr. Sam Wells.
