An evening of faith and fellowship with Dr. Mark Allan Powell, an internationally known theologian and biblical scholar. Dr. Powell is currently Professor of New Testament at Trinity Lutheran Seminary in Columbus, Ohio. Author of over 30 books on the Bible and religion, he has written in the areas of spiritual formation, stewardship and homiletics. Dr. Powell is a frequent speaker at events sponsored by many different denominations and was the Keynote Speaker at the May 2011 Sierra Pacific Synod Assembly. During the program, Dr. Powell presented "Belonging to God" with his usual good humor and a high degree of self-disclosure.
