Professor Alister McGrath is a renowned academic in theology, science, and religion. He holds three doctorates from Oxford, One in molecular biophysics, one in Divinity and one in Letters. He has been Andreas Idreos Professorship in Science and Religion at Oxford University, Professor of Divinity at Gresham College, Professor of theology, ministry, and education at King's College London, Professor of historical theology at the University of Oxford, and was principal of Wycliffe Hall, Oxford. As a Christian Apologist he has debated with Daniel Dennett, Christopher Hitchens and Richard Dawkins (only needing Sam Harris for a full set). Also with Peter Atkins, Susan Blackmore, Stephen Law and many others. He is a prolific author and has written The Dawkins Delusion, The Twilight of Atheism and over 50 other books (couldn't find out how many exactly).
