This video, shot on November 10th, 2010, is a part of a much longer interview that Imbi Medri-Kinnon did with Dr. Chris Wright - portions of which will be used in Imbi's documentary, Mind the Gap: Church Leadership in the 21st Century. In this interview, Chris discusses some of what he shared during his plenary at Lausanne 2010 in Cape Town, SA. And then, in response to Imbi's question about "training leaders for the church in the 21st Century", he strongly responds that what the church first need to do is "make disciples."
