Did you know there's an ancient tradition that Mary Magdalene preached directly to Emperor Tiberius about the resurrection of Jesus?

She was holding an egg. He told her he wouldn't believe in the resurrection unless that egg turned red. And according to the tradition... it did.

There's also a tradition that she traveled to Ephesus, joined Mary the mother of Jesus and the Apostle John, and helped John write his Gospel.

This is NOT the Mary Magdalene most of us learned about in church. She wasn't a prostitute. That was made up by a Pope in the 6th century with zero biblical evidence. The real Mary Magdalene was a benefactor of Jesus, a witness to the resurrection, and someone the early church fathers called "the apostle to the apostles."
