It's week 3 in our series of #FriendlyAdvent. Advent is a time of reflection and this week, as we light the 3rd candle in our wreath, we’re focusing on #love

What is a Friendly advent?
During the Covid19 pandemic, this is likely to be a very different Christmas. Therefore FWCC and Woodbroke (a Quaker Study Centre in the UK) are partnering up to offer a way for Friends around the world to receive spiritual inspiration during the season of Advent. This time is one of expectant waiting and a time when anticipation can bring us joy – together.

How will this work?
Over the four weeks, we'll share an advent video (which includes some scripture and thoughts for reflection), then we'll pose a question for you to have space to reflect. We welcome you to this forum to share your responses with Friends around the world.

Each week will become available on the corresponding day of advent where you'll find that week's video and a space to discuss the theme of the week.
