Professor Jonathan Morris is Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Sydney, based at the Northern Clinical School, Royal North Shore Hospital. He is a subspecialist in maternal fetal medicine and cares for women with high-risk pregnancies. In 2019, he and his wife Kath spent nine months working in a mission hospital in Tanzania that provides maternity care to some of the poorest women in Sub-Saharan Africa. He attends church in North Sydney, he and Kath have been married for 27 years, and together they have four boys.
Dr Megan Best is a palliative care specialist, medical ethicist and researcher at the University of Sydney and the University of Notre Dame Australia. She is also a member of the Palliative Care Department at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. She teaches bioethics at tertiary level, and is involved in community discussions about the interface of medicine and ethics. She is author of two books about ethics at the beginning of life: Fearfully and Wonderfully Made and A Life Already Started.
