We were joined by Dr. Soong-Chan Rah, Author, Speaker, Former Planter and Professor, as he had an open leadership discussion with us on race and intercultral ministry in this season. He shared from his own experience as a former church planter and now professor, offering practical steps for tackling the topic of race as leaders and embracing intercultural ministry.

He has extensive experience in cross-cultural preaching and is the founder and former senior pastor of Cambridge Community Fellowship Church (CCFC), a multi-ethnic church living out the values of racial reconciliation and social justice in the urban context. He has also previously served on the boards of World Vision, Sojourners and the Christian Community Development Association.
