10/10/07 Washington DC -- Non-evangelical progressives and moderate evangelical leaders work to "End of the Culture Wars" Third Way today released a new paper that for the first time charts a way for to bridge the divide on some of the most polarizing cultural issues of the day. In seeking common ground on matters ranging from abortion to gay and lesbian issues to religion in the public square, the paper, titled Come Let Us Reason Together: A Fresh Look at Shared Cultural Values between Evangelicals and Progressives, offers what its authors and supporters are calling "the beginning of the end of the culture wars."
