October 25, 2012 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm Presented By: Celia E. Deane-Drummond, Ph.D How are deep incarnation and Divine immanence related? Deane-Drummond aims to clarify this relationship and to argue for a grounded understanding of Christology that takes its cues from an expansive interpretation of theodrama, where the central act is the life, death and resurrection of Christ. In her view, other creatures are not simply the stage for human dramatic action, but join in the drama from the beginning of the creation of the world, thus offering a theological basis for valuation of other creaturely kinds.
