Dr. Janet Soskice delivers a lecture on her book Naming God: Addressing the Divine in Philosophy, Theology, and Scripture (Cambridge 2023) at Duke Divinity School on April 10, 2024, as a part of DITA's affiliate faculty lecture series.

In Naming God, Dr. Soskice explores the many remarkable names used for God throughout church history and argues that a reclamation of divine naming would reinvigorate contemporary spirituality, faith, and even the relationship between religion and philosophy. The lecture was followed by a Q&A with DITA Director Dr. Jeremy Begbie and the audience.
