Kristin Kobes Du Mez joins PEACE TALKS to share research from her best-selling book “Jesus and John Wayne” about the problems with today’s Christians leaders and harmful patterns in white evangelicalism. Kristin is a historian, writer and speaker who uncovers the socio-cultural phenomena that helped shape Western Christianity over the last 200 years. She argues there is power in recognizing the Church’s mistakes, no matter how painful, in order to better align with Jesus and his gospel of the kingdom.
