A Conversation With Professor Esther Mombo

Professor Esther Mombo is a professor in the theology department at St. Paul’s University, in Limuru, Kenya. Prior to that she served as the deputy vice chancellor of academics at St. Paul’s University. Among her many academic endeavors and involvement with various organizations and initiatives, Professor Mombo was also involved with the Nagel Institute and its projects in different capacities. In today’s episode, Prof. Mombo reflects on her experience being on both sides of the grant process, both as an applicant and a project adviser. She candidly discusses the lessons that she has learned throughout her long career and shares some advice for young scholars.
