Dr. Abigail Favale, writer and professor at the McGrath Institute for Church Life at the University of Notre Dame, joins Dr. Marianna Orlandi to discuss the ways in which women’s dignity is actually being subverted by modern gender politics. Dr. Favale explains the detrimental effects of the pill and contraception, the modern rejection of traditional female values, the struggles of femininity on social media, and the ironic adoption of the “masculine bias”. Together Dr. Favale and Dr. Orlandi take on modern feminist theories with a critical lens to find what needs to be done to create a culture that values and dignifies true femininity.
