Today's VLOG is an interview with Dr Rowan Williams, Master of Magdalene College, University of Cambridge. Dr Williams is the former Archbishop of Canterbury. He was in Stellenbosch to speak at the Global Network for Public Theology conference that we hosted from 24-26 October 2016. In the video we discuss a few different points: Orthodoxy as dialogue The Church as a sacramental community Christian identity, citizenship and public life Christianity and interfaith encounter Ubuntu and the African Christian witness Aspects of Lord Rowan Williams' keynote address at the GNPT on Empathy, Ethics and Intimacy (which I have recorded via Facebook live and will upload separately. Sadly the video and audio quality on that file are not great).
