TBS Seminar with Dr. Craig Evans on Tuesday, March 21

In this three-hour seminar, Dr. Craig Evans, Distinguished Professor of Christian Origins, will present two dynamic lectures. The first lecture examines the explosion of Jewish literature in the two centuries before Jesus’ ministry. This corpus includes the Apocrypha, Pseudepigrapha, and Dead Sea Scrolls. The second lecture explores the change in Jewish burial practices in the late Second Temple period. This lecture derives from Professor Evans’ popular book Jesus and the Ossuaries.
