Lianne Simon would like to lead a simple life as a Christian housewife, but God has called her to a different level of transparency. Vulnerability. Like the main character in her YA novel Confessions of a Teenage Hermaphrodite, she has a genetic condition that caused sexual ambiguity. Lianne talks about her road from being raised as a boy to living as an adult woman. Megan DeFranza is an author, educator and facilitator of difficult conversations around sexuality and gender in the church. She wrote Sex Difference in Christian Theology: Male, Female, and Intersex in the Image of God. Part of the Calvin College Sexuality Series.
