James Eglinton has done outstanding work in our time drawing attention to the work of Herman Bavinck. The author of the acclaimed Bavinck: A Critical Biography, he has introduced a generation to the life and times of a luminous thinker whose God-centred theology, only recently made available in English, is now stimulating, provoking and encouraging believers outside of Holland for the first time.
