What does it look like to follow God even when you know trouble is waiting? This final session takes us through the dramatic conclusion of the book of Acts. Despite repeated warnings that he will be arrested, Paul feels "constrained by the Spirit" to go to Jerusalem. We walk through his chaotic arrest in the temple and his long series of trials before governors and kings, where he consistently defends his innocence. The story takes an epic turn with a terrifying shipwreck on the Mediterranean and a run-in with a venomous snake on the island of Malta. The book ends not with a "happily ever after," but with Paul under house arrest in Rome, boldly teaching about the Kingdom of God. It’s a powerful reminder that while messengers can be bound, the word of God remains unhindered.
