In this interview, I'm joined by Dr. Luke Stamps, a professor of theology at the Divinity School of Anderson University. His essay, "Norma Normata: The Role of Tradition in Analytic Theology" was recently published in the T&T Clark Handbook of Analytic Theology. In the essay, Dr. Stamps lays out a theological framework for thinking about the role of ecumenical creeds and councils in analytic theology. Our interview is a summary of major points in his framework.
