At this year's Kuehner Lecture here at the Reformed Episcopal Seminary, we had the honor of hearing from the Reverend Cannon Dr. Ashely Null. He spoke on the ties between Augustine, the English Reformation, and the future of Global Anglicanism from the perspective of the African branch of Anglicanism.
Bishop Null is the Bishop of the Diocese of North Africa in the Province of Alexandria, as well as a fellow of the Royal Historical Society and of the Society of Antiquaries of London. He holds an M.Div. and S.T.M. from Yale Divinity School, and received his Ph.D. from Cambridge, where he was a Fullbright Scholar. Bishop Null has written several books and is known for his work as a chaplain to elite athletes, including at six Olympic games as a chaplain to the British Olympic team.
