Beth Allison Barr (PhD, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill) é James Vardaman Professor of History na Baylor University em Waco, Texas, onde se especializou em história medieval, história das mulheres e história da igreja. Ela recentemente atuou como presidente da Conferência sobre Fé e História (2018-2021) e é colaboradora regular do The Anxious Bench, o popular site Patheos sobre história religiosa.
